Continuing to explore the idea of waving and flowing through movement in part two of Teddy's contemporary combination; playing with circular movement, commanding the space and transitioning through some more challenging floorwork.

Nick's second Jazz Basics class covers direction changes, coordination and staying grounded in movement; working on pas de bourrées, jazz lunge and a short phrase that will be seen later in Nick's jazz combination.
"Improvisation Techniques: Exploring Movement in Contemporary Dance"
Teddy loves improvisation because it's an integral part of his artistry and creation process; in this class, working on activating brain in different ways and finding new movement patterns through three improvisation techniques: waving, finding fixed points and tracing.
