Low turkey numbers and a few trespassers made this season tougher than normal. John hits a couple states in pursuit of a few gobblers, but ends up not punching his last tag for a reason that is not to common and often not discussed in conservation circles.

Usually, summers are filled with trail cameras, food plots, and prepping for the whitetail season, but this time the team is able to carve out a week to go try bowhunting.

After receiving an invite to hunt mule deer in Colorado from a buddy, the host jumps at the opportunity to stalk on the ground with a bow, always the most challenging, humbling, and sometimes rewarding way to hunt.
