Mario teams up with good friend and precision rifle expert Bernard and heads into the high alpine mountains above New Zealand's rugged West Coast in search of tahr. Drawing on his Greek roots, Mario cooks a rustic Kleftiko dish in an earth oven.

Mario travels to the outer limits of the Eastern Coast of Canada to a place called Prince Edward Island. Home to some of the biggest bluefin tuna on the planet, these fish can grow up to 1,000 pounds.
