Samurai Jack
After being sent into the future by evil wizard Aku, young samurai Jack makes a quest to return to the past and undo the destruction caused by the wizard. Along the way Jack enlists allies to defeat some of Aku's henchmen and other villains before getting to the top dog to defeat him and find the portal that can return Jack to his own time. `Samurai Jack' was created by Genndy Tartakovsky, who had previously created `Dexter's Laboratory', one of Cartoon Network's first original series.

Aku tries to win the favour of the town's children by reading them stories of 'his' heroic past. However, the children only want to hear about Jack.

Jack tries to join a troupe of tiny gangsters in the attempt to get close to Aku. However, he is forced to pass a loyalty test before meeting his nemesis.

A mysterious voice calls Jack to the entrance of a cave, where he has to negotiate a series of challenges before facing a fearsome creature made of lava.

An ancient man tells Jack about an interesting sunken treasure - a time portal to the past. He immediately sets sail in pursuit of the mythical city but is caught in a terrible sea storm and thrown over board.
