Work on the Wild Side

South Africa is home to some of the world's biggest national parks and game reserves, with a diverse range of animals, some of which are critically endangered. `Work on the Wild Side' follows the highs and lows of the vets and volunteers who have given up their day jobs in the UK and made the decision to move to South Africa to rescue, rehabilitate and release some of the world's most iconic species of animals. The series captures South Africa's vibrancy and colour, while shining a light on the critical conservation issues affecting the most vulnerable of species.
