RuPaul's Drag Race
"RuPaul's Drag Race" is a reality show in which a group of talented drag queens compete in challenges to impress host RuPaul, the world's most famous drag queen, to win a cash prize along with a crown and the title of America's Next Drag Superstar. Each episode consists of a main challenge, usually some form of performance or fashion design -- sometimes both. The queens then participate in a themed runway show, where one is declared the winner of that week, while two others are announced to be up for elimination. The bottom two must then compete to stay on the show with a lip-sync for their lives.
S12, EP12 "Viva Drag Vegas"
The queens must perform a medley of songs from RuPaul's Drag Race Live!, a hit show on the Las Vegas strip. Choreographer Jamal Sims (Disney's Aladdin) guest judges.
S12, EP13 "Alone Together"
The 12 queens come together in a virtual slumber party; Ru checks in with all the girls during quarantine and chats about the shadiest moments and most shocking eliminations, and takes fan questions.
S12, EP14 "Grand Finale"
The top three queens compete in a revolutionary lip sync battle for the crown; the finale boasts special celebrity appearances, the announcement of Miss Congeniality, and show-stopping performances.
S13, EP1 "The Pork Chop"
The queens discover an explosive surprise -- that they must immediately perform six lip syncs to defend their place in the competition.
S17, EP8 "The Wicked Wiz of Oz: The Rusical!"
This season's Rusical is inspired by a mashup of "Wicked, The Wizard of Oz" and "The Wiz." Jamal Sims choreographs the queens; singer Adam Lambert guest judges.
S17, EP7 "Snatch Game"
The queens impersonate celebrities in the classic quick-fire comedy game show. Global All Stars winner Alyssa Edwards drops by the werkroom; actress and comedian Quinta Brunson (Abbott Elementary) guest judges.
S17, EP5 "RDR Live!"
The queens are challenged to serve up laughs in a hilarious send-up of the iconic sketch comedy show; actor, writer and director Paul W. Downs is the guest judge.
