The Office
This U.S. adaptation -- set at a paper company based in Scranton, Pa. -- has a similar documentary style to that of the Ricky Gervais-led British original. It features the Dunder-Mifflin staff, which includes characters based on roles in the British show -- and, quite possibly, people with whom you work in your office. There's Jim, the likable employee who's a bit of an every man. Jim has a thing for receptionist-turned-sales-rep Pam -- because office romances are always a good idea! There's also Dwight, the co-worker who is successful but devoid of social skills and common sense.
S4, EP17 "Job Fair"
Jim hits the golf course with Andy and Kevin in hope of landing a huge client; Michael sets up a booth at a job fair at Pam's alma mater to hire a summer intern.
S8, EP4 "Garden Party"
When Andy decides to throw a garden party at Schrute Farms to impress Robert, Dwight researches how to be a good host; Andy's family makes him feel self conscious.
S8, EP5 "Spooked"
Erin tries to put on a Halloween party that will please both Andy and Robert California; Jim and Pam fight about the existence of ghosts; Dwight bonds with Robert California's son.
S8, EP6 "Doomsday"
Dwight installs a device in the office that will get everyone fired if they make too many errors; Gabe takes a liking to an employee at the warehouse.
S3, EP12 "Back From Vacation"
Michael returns from his Jamaican vacation; an e-mail of a racy vacation photo makes the rounds of the office.
S3, EP11 "A Benihana Christmas - Part 2"
Strife on the party-planning committee results in two competing Christmas parties; Michael gets dumped for the holidays.
S3, EP10 "A Benihana Christmas - Part 1"
Strife on the party-planning committee results in two competing Christmas parties; Michael gets dumped for the holidays.
S3, EP9 "The Convict"
Michael tries to be supportive after learning that a new employee is an ex-convict, then the staff compares the office to a prison.
