The Office

This U.S. adaptation -- set at a paper company based in Scranton, Pa. -- has a similar documentary style to that of the Ricky Gervais-led British original. It features the Dunder-Mifflin staff, which includes characters based on roles in the British show -- and, quite possibly, people with whom you work in your office. There's Jim, the likable employee who's a bit of an every man. Jim has a thing for receptionist-turned-sales-rep Pam -- because office romances are always a good idea! There's also Dwight, the co-worker who is successful but devoid of social skills and common sense.

S7, EP27 "Search Committee"

Jim heads a team that interviews applicants, including several co-workers; Dwight tries to reassert himself as a contender.

S8, EP1 "The List"

The staff go into frantic speculation after accidentally discovering a list of their names in a notebook belonging to the mysterious new CEO.

S8, EP2 "The Incentive"

The Scranton branch staff are challenged to double their sales; Andy decides to create an incentive program, but might end up regretting his promise.

S8, EP3 "Lotto"

After the warehouse employees win the lottery and quit their jobs, everyone in the office fantasizes about winning big; Darryl and Andy look for new warehouse workers.

S3, EP22 "Women's Appreciation"

Outrage breaks out in the office when Phyllis gets an eyeful from a flasher; Dwight and Andy work on catching the perpetrator.

S3, EP21 "Product Recall"

The staff goes into crisis mode after a shipment of paper goes out with an obscene watermark; Michael holds an impromptu press conference; Jim and Andy handle harried clients who used the paper.

S3, EP19 "The Negotiation"

Darryl meets with Michael to negotiate a pay increase; Jim deals with the consequences of Pam's confession to Roy.

S3, EP18 "Cocktails"

Michael and Jan make their relationship public during a party; Jim meets Karen's ex; the staff goes to happy hour for drinks.
