Cajun Pawn Stars
With the popularity of Las Vegas-based "Pawn Stars," History is expanding the franchise and heading south with "Cajun Pawn Stars," set at the Silver Dollar Pawn & Jewelry Center in Alexandria, La. Jimmie "Big Daddy" DeRamus has owned and operated the shop with his family for more than two decades. DeRamus is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to historic collectibles, which is not surprising given that his store houses more than 100,000 artifacts. Much like the original "Pawn Stars," in addition to the items that are brought into the store, the show focuses on Jimmie and his family -- younger brother Johnnie and daughter Tammie -- as they run the store as well as the experts that are brought in to help appraise the items.
S2, EP16 "All Shook Up"
The guys check out a 1950s U.S. Army Jeep; a scarf worn by Elvis during one of his concerts is brought in; a vintage 1960s gas pump.
S2, EP17 "Mail to the Chief"
A letter penned by a very young Bill Clinton; Jimmie and Tammie check out a Ferris wheel and other amusement park rides; an 1895 Colt Navy revolver with an extremely rare and valuable defect.
S3, EP1 "This Little Piggy"
The guys check out original handwritten lyrics to "My Country Tis of Thee"; Jimmie is tempted to buy a vintage coin-operated kiddie pig ride; Johnnie and Tammie check out a Bulgarian version of Russia's popular AK rifle.
S3, EP2 "Going Medieval"
The team battles for a rare medieval Saxon helmet; one of the very first X-Men comic books is brought into the shop; Chester hopes to hunt down some cash for his crossbow.
