Meet Jeff Lewis, one of the most colorful real estate speculators in Los Angeles, whose obsessive-compulsive tendencies are exceeded only by the eccentricities of his friends -- and the success of his business. With the downturn in the housing market, Lewis subsequently lessened his interest in flipping properties and focused on his design consulting business.
