Meet Jeff Lewis, one of the most colorful real estate speculators in Los Angeles, whose obsessive-compulsive tendencies are exceeded only by the eccentricities of his friends -- and the success of his business. With the downturn in the housing market, Lewis subsequently lessened his interest in flipping properties and focused on his design consulting business. Whether he's flipping or designing, Lewis relies on his staff to help him get his projects done.
