Chef Ramsay conducts a blindfold taste-test challenge to see who can distinguish pork from chicken, and potatoes from polenta.

The chefs must create four dishes with 20 ingredients; a medic rushes to the kitchen when one team member slices more than food.
S4, EP9 "7 Chefs Compete"
The teams must prepare dishes in a relay race; the winning team gets a day of fun in the sun; the losing team must clean the entire restaurant; one chef is eliminated.
S4, EP10 "6 Chefs Compete"
Two teams are combined into one, and each chef is given one main ingredient and asked to create a dish suitable to chef Ramsay's palate; during the dinner service, the chefs have difficulty getting food out to the patrons.
S23, EP16 "Hell's Finish Line"
With the help of some old friends, the finalists compete in a final dinner service with their very own custom menu tailored to their unique tastes and signature dishes; Chef Ramsay crowns one chef champion.

The remaining four chefs are challenged to cook and present a tableside dish; a cutthroat dinner service determines who advances to the final three.
