Thomas Magnum is a decorated former Navy SEAL who, upon returning home from Afghanistan, becomes a private investigator in Hawaii. A charming troublemaker and a die-hard Detroit Tigers fan, Magnum solves tough cases with his ex-MI6 partner Juliet Higgins, and when he needs backup, he calls on his trusted buddies and fellow POW survivors, T.C. and Rick, to bring the heat. With keys to a Ferrari in one hand, aviator sunglasses in the other and a few Mai Tais on the way, Thomas Magnum is always on the case.

A pickpocket asks Magnum for help when a cellphone he recently lifted receives a very suspicious text message; Magnum is frustrated when Higgins won't answer him about whether she will become his partner; Rick decides to make a bold career move.
S2, EP3 "Knight Lasts Forever"
Mercenaries storm the estate in order to find out the true identity of the White Knight, Robin's muse and literary hero; Rick and TC help one of Rick's employees when his car is stolen; Higgins finally answers about becoming Magnum's partner.
S2, EP4 "Dead Inside"
Katsumoto suspects that one of his fellow cops is dirty and has stolen evidence, so he begrudgingly asks Magnum and Higgins for help; Rick and TC help football player Aaron Donald when the tablet containing his playbook is stolen.
S2, EP5 "Make It 'til Dawn"
On Halloween, Magnum and Jin search for a skip tracer at a Halloween bash, while Katsumoto tracks an escaped killer who is headed to that same party; Higgins and Rick must spend the night at an allegedly haunted house to debunk it.
