Kody Kapow
On a visit to his family's village in China, 9-year-old Kody learns that he is next in line to become the defender of the village. Kody works alongside his grandfather Master Li, detective cousin Mei, and the timid tiger Goji to ensure the protection of his home. Kody's arch nemesis, Mogo Monkey No Go, and his monkey minions cause plenty of chaos and terrorize the village at every chance they get. Luckily, Kody has a super secret weapon named the Sapphire Dragon, which allows them to Kapower up.

The Kapows have to outsmart and outmaneuver the conniving monkeys to win the village's annual tuk tuk race; after the Kapows find a message in a bottle asking for help, it leads them to Mogo's out-of-control mechanical dragon.
S1, EP22 "Babysitter Kapow; Cave Kapow!"
When the Kapows realize their babysitter is not who she seems, they have to work together to perfect their latest move and protect the Sapphire Dragon; Kody has to admit he made a mistake in order to get everyone out of an erupting volcanic cave.
S1, EP21 "Flower Kapow!; Magnet Kapow!"
When Mogo's giant dirt ball threatens to destroy the village flower festival, Kody finds a way to change its trajectory and save the day; the monkeys use a giant magnet to steal Grandpa's favorite helmet and Kody's Kapow Cuff.
S1, EP20 "UFO Kapow; Junior Kapow!"
After the Kapows realize the UFO scaring the villagers is actually Mogo's drone, Kody uses what's around him to beat Mogo at his own game; Kody finds an unlikely teammate in little Fu Yin after Mei and Goji get taken to the monkey lair.
