Kiwi adventurer Ellis Emmett embarks on a journey across the waves of the South Pacific as he must harness the power of the wind to explore some of the most remote islands and atolls on the planet; places only accessible by sailboat.

As Ellis sets his sights on exploring the remote islands of the Pacific that you can only get to by boat, he realizes that he doesn't know how to sail.
S1, EP2 "Over the horizon 2"
Ellis Emmett's first stop is the Kingdom of Tonga; he befriends a local named Lofi, and the two set sail for the isolated island of Tofua; they explore a newly formed volcanic island, navigate treacherous coral reefs, and must hunt for their dinner.
S1, EP3 "Fiji & The Lau Group"
Ellis sets sail for the islands of Fiji, where he faces bull sharks, partakes in ancient Fijian fire walking rituals and anchors in the remote Lau Islands.
S1, EP4 "Wallis & Futuna"
Ellis has a brush with royalty on the island kingdoms of Wallis and Futuna.
S1, EP5 "The Marshall Islands"
Ellis explores the Marshall Islands and examines the continuing aftermath of World War II.

Ellis helps get a traditional canoe back on the water and sees how rising seas are changing life in the island chains of Kiribati.
