The Capones
Although infamous gangster Al Capone died more than 60 years ago, his descendants try to achieve the American dream today. Leading the current Capone clan is Dom Capone -- whose great-great-grandfather was the mobster's uncle. Dom runs Capone's Restaurant & Pizzeria, in the Chicago suburb of Lombard, Ill. In addition to drama that occurs as the family runs the eatery, the docuseries showcases how the owner rules his crew with an iron fist at the Capone mansion, where the whole family lives. The only one able to keep Dom, nicknamed "the Boss," in check is fiery and meddling mother, Dawn, who co-owns the restaurant. The rest of the cast of characters in the Capones' lives include Dom's current and former girlfriends, crazy aunts, drunken cousins, flirty waitresses and neighborhood troublemakers.
