Chef JJ heads to the local farmers market, and buys Honey nut squash to make squash ravioli, then he gathers lettuce and other veggies along with roasted chicken to make a seasonal salad topped with homemade butter milk dressing.

Chef JJ cooks up a healthy & filling meal for R & B singer Eric Roberson. On the menu is creamy chicken noodle soup loaded with vegetables and flavor. Then he makes a seared salmon over kale, apple and cranberry salad.

Pasta is on the menu and JJ cooks up a meal that is delicious and satisfying. First it's a Cajun chicken and shrimp alfredo seasoned to perfection. Then it's a 3 cheese lasagna with spicy sausage and spinach.
