Dr. Marie Russell, a retired forensic pathologist, said that she believed the wounds on John O'Keefe came from a large dog attack. The lead prosecutor in Karen Read's murder trial had some questions for the defense's medical expert. This was during a hearing which would determine whether the jury would hear her testimony.
