Killer Or Cover-Up Murder Trial

The Defense grilled the man who she was flirting with in text messages. The jury was shown these texts between Karen Read and Brian Higgins weeks before John O'Keefe was killed. During cross examination, the Defense was trying to prove that Higgins was romantically interested in read and got in the middle of her relationship with her boyfriend. Higgins denied that claim but admitted he was attracted to the defendant.
