The jury heard from a ski expert. Paul Braugher was called in to testify about the reality of skiing and the important safety guidelines that skiers are trained to follow. According to him, roughly 6-7% of all reported skiing accidents are collisions. Braugher also chimed in on about the responsibility of skiers while on the slope.
