Gwyneth Paltrow Ski Crash Case

Terry Sanderson initially sued the resort for damages. But he later dropped that lawsuit and sued Paltrow instead, claiming she was the one really responsible for what happened. On the stand was a ski patrol supervisor who signed off on an incident report about the ski crash involving Sanderson and Paltrow. Her lawyers questioned the legitimacy of Sanderson's reported medical issues - including a permanent brain injury that he and others claimed changed his life.
