Gwyneth Paltrow Ski Crash Case

This ski instructor didn't see the collision, but he was on the slope and saw the moments before and after. He testified that Terry Sanderson apologized several times to his client, Gwyneth Paltrow at the crash scene. Eric Christiansen then told jurors that Sanderson was asked if he was okay, after his Collison with the actress on the ski slope. Once he told everbody that he was okay, the instructor helped him to his feet before skiing away with Paltrow.
