This entry in MSNBC's "Lockup" franchise heads to Orange County in sunny Southern California. The problem is most of the subjects featured in the series don't often get to enjoy the sunshine because they're locked up in Orange County Jail, one of the nation's largest prisons. The show's crews spent more than 50 days in the facility profiling the incarcerated as well as people working in the prison. Among the prisoners featured are a former construction contractor accused of killing his daughter and a playhouse actor charged with killing two people and emptying their bank accounts to pay for his wedding.
