NHLThe Canadiens play the Sabres in the East second round Game 1 at KeyBank Center. Buffalo reached the second round for the first time since 2007 by beating Boston 4-2, while Montreal advanced by defeating Tampa Bay in a seven-game series.
Carolina Hurricanes at Philadelphia Flyers
NHLThe Hurricanes take on the Flyers in Game 3 of the East second round at Xfinity Mobile Arena. Carolina leads 2-0. Frederik Andersen made 34 saves, while Dan Vladar stopped 40 shots in a losing effort. Taylor Hall scored the deciding goal.
