The National Football League (NFL) is a professional American football league consisting of 32 teams, divided equally between the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC). The NFL is one of the four major professional sports leagues in North America and the highest professional level of American football in the world. The NFL is one of the most popular professional sports leagues in the world, with fans and players from around the globe. The regular season of the NFL runs from early September to mid December, consisting of 17 weeks of games. Each team plays 16 games out of their respective conference and has one bye week to rest and prepare for the rest of the season. At the end of the regular season, the top six teams from each conference will qualify for the playoffs. The playoffs are single-elimination brackets, which determine the two teams that will play in the championship game, the Super Bowl. The NFL has a long and distinguished history. It was founded in 1920 as the American Professional Football Association before changing its name to the National Football League in 1922. The first Super Bowl was held in 1967 and has since become the most watched sporting event in the world. Legendary players like Tom Brady, Brett Favre, and Lawrence Taylor are considered some of the greatest players in the history of the league. The NFL boasts some of the most successful teams in sports history, including the Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, and the New England Patriots. NFLThe Chiefs (9-1) try to restore order against the suddenly-surging Panthers (3-7). Kansas City's run of 15 straight victories came to an end with a 30-21 loss at Buffalo in Week 11. Carolina owns a two-game win streak for the first time since 2022.
Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans
NFLThe Texans host the Titans. Houston snapped out of a mini two-game funk by thrashing Dallas 34-10 on Nov. 18. Joe Mixon (HOU) has a rushing TD in six straight games after scoring three in that win. Houston has won three in a row versus Tennessee.

NFLThe Giants host the Buccaneers. On Nov. 18, New York head coach Brian Daboll announced that starting quarterback Daniel Jones will swap roles with third-stringer Tommy DeVito. Jones threw eight TD passes against seven interceptions in 10 games.
New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins
