The National Football League (NFL) is a professional American football league consisting of 32 teams, divided equally between the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC). The NFL is one of the four major professional sports leagues in North America and the highest professional level of American football in the world. The NFL is one of the most popular professional sports leagues in the world, with fans and players from around the globe. The regular season of the NFL runs from early September to mid December, consisting of 17 weeks of games. Each team plays 16 games out of their respective conference and has one bye week to rest and prepare for the rest of the season. At the end of the regular season, the top six teams from each conference will qualify for the playoffs. The playoffs are single-elimination brackets, which determine the two teams that will play in the championship game, the Super Bowl. The NFL has a long and distinguished history. It was founded in 1920 as the American Professional Football Association before changing its name to the National Football League in 1922. The first Super Bowl was held in 1967 and has since become the most watched sporting event in the world. Legendary players like Tom Brady, Brett Favre, and Lawrence Taylor are considered some of the greatest players in the history of the league. The NFL boasts some of the most successful teams in sports history, including the Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, and the New England Patriots. Minnesota Vikings at Tennessee Titans

Las Vegas Raiders at Miami Dolphins
NFLThe Dolphins try to get in a groove as they host the Raiders. Tyreek Hill scored his first TD since Week 1 as Miami knocked off the Los Angeles Rams 23-15 on Nov. 11, snapping a three-game skid. Las Vegas dropped five in a row entering its bye.
Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears
NFLThe Packers visit the Bears. Green Bay has won 13 of its past 14 trips to Soldier Field, in addition to winning 10 straight overall versus Chicago. The Packers' four-game win streak this season ended Nov. 3 when they faced the Lions before their bye.
Cleveland Browns at New Orleans Saints
NFLDerek Carr and the Saints feel better as they host the Browns. New Orleans snapped a seven-game slide with a 20-17 win over Atlanta in Week 10. Carr passed for 269 yards and two TDs in that contest, his second since returning from an oblique injury.

NFLThe 49ers (4-4) return to action on the road against the Buccaneers (4-5) in Week 10. Tampa Bay has slipped out of the driver's seat in the NFC South with three straight losses. San Francisco beat Tampa Bay at home in each of the last two seasons.
