College football is a sport that has been played for over 150 years. College football is a game in which teams of student-athletes from universities and colleges compete against each other in an exciting and thrilling battle of offensive and defensive football. The sport consists of 11-on-11 matches, usually played on Saturdays during the fall months in stadiums across America. College football's regular season usually begins in late August or early September and ends in early December. The teams are decided by each school's football conference - e.g. the SEC, the ACC, the Big 12, the Big Ten and more. After the regular season, some teams will be chosen to compete in the post-season playoffs that will decide the national champion. Indiana at Ohio State

A consequential Big Ten matchup pits the No. 2 Buckeyes (9-1, 6-1) against the No. 5 Hoosiers (10-0, 7-0). The winner will be in the driver's seat for a likely championship-game date with Oregon. Indiana's last victory over Ohio State came in 1988.

Wake Forest at Miami

The No. 8 Hurricanes (9-1, 5-1 ACC) try to finish strong at home as they face the Demon Deacons (4-6, 2-4) for the first time since 2013. Miami is 5-0 at home this year, but suffered its first loss Nov. 9 at Georgia Tech leading into a bye week.

SMU at Virginia

The No. 13 Mustangs (9-1, 6-0) can clinch a berth in the ACC title game with a victory over the Cavaliers (5-5, 3-3). The programs have never met. SMU, playing its first ACC season, has won seven straight since an 18-15 loss to Big 12 co-leader BYU.

Connecticut at Syracuse

The Orange welcome the Huskies to the JMA Wireless Dome for a clash of 7-3 sides. Syracuse steps out of ACC competition following a 33-25 victory at California. UConn owns seven wins for the first time since 2010 after prevailing at UAB 31-23.

Yale at Harvard

Hostilities are renewed with The Game between Yale and Harvard. The Bulldogs lead a series first fought in 1875 by a 70-61-8 margin, with five wins in the past seven meetings. Cooper Barkate (HARV) is among the FCS leaders with 915 receiving yards.
