College football is a sport that has been played for over 150 years. It is one of the most popular and beloved sports in the United States, with hundreds of millions of fans cheering on their favourite college football teams every fall. College football is a game in which teams of student-athletes from universities and colleges compete against each other in an exciting and thrilling battle of offensive and defensive football. The sport consists of 11-on-11 matches, usually played on Saturdays during the fall months in stadiums across America. College football's regular season usually begins in late August or early September and ends in early December. The teams are decided by each school's football conference - e.g. the SEC, the ACC, the Big 12, the Big Ten and more. After the regular season, some teams will be chosen to compete in the post-season playoffs that will decide the national champion. Some of the most memorable games in College Football history include the 1969 ‘Game of the Century’ between the Texas Longhorns and Arkansas Razorbacks, the 2006 Rose Bowl between USC and Texas, and the 2012 BCS National Championship Game between Alabama and Notre Dame. No. 8 Tennessee tries to secure a spot in the College Football Playoff as it visits Volunteer State rival Vanderbilt. Tennessee totaled 219 points in winning the last five meetings. The Volunteers have been eliminated from SEC title game contention.

Michigan at Ohio State

Famed rivals in the No. 2 Buckeyes and Wolverines meet for the 120th time. Michigan leads 61-52-6 after winning the last three meetings. With a victory, Ohio State clinches a Big Ten championship-game berth opposite Oregon on Dec. 7.

South Carolina at Clemson

The No. 15 Gamecocks face the No. 12 Tigers in the Palmetto Bowl. Both schools remain on the CFP bubble. South Carolina has won five in a row, while Clemson's streak stands at three. Clemson has won eight of the past nine versus South Carolina.

Kansas at Baylor

The Bears (7-4, 5-3 Big 12) and Jayhawks (5-6, 4-4) roll into this regular-season finale. Kansas is on the brink of bowl eligibility after winning three straight against ranked programs Iowa State, BYU and Colorado. Baylor has won five in a row.

Louisville at Kentucky

Bluegrass State foes compete for the Governor's Cup as the Wildcats (4-7) host the Cardinals (7-4). Kentucky has won five in a row in the series after prevailing 38-31 at Louisville last year. The Cardinals triumphed in three of their last four.

Duke at Wake Forest

The Blue Devils duke it out with the Demon Deacons. Duke has defeated Wake Forest by three points in back-to-back meetings, with last year's win coming via buzzer-beating field goal. Duke comes off a three-point victory over Virginia Tech on Nov. 23.

Louisiana at Louisiana-Monroe

NCAAF

The Ragin' Cajuns (9-2, 6-1) can lock up a Sun Belt title-game berth with a win over the Warhawks (5-6, 3-4). Backup quarterback Chandler Fields is 32-of-41 passing with three TDs in the last two games for West Division-leading Louisiana Lafayette.

West Virginia at Texas Tech

The Red Raiders (7-4, 5-3) and the Mountaineers (6-5, 5-3) try to finish strong in this Big 12 contest. West Virginia won three of its last four to reach bowl eligibility for the fourth time in six seasons under head coach Neal Brown.

The Orange welcome the Huskies to the JMA Wireless Dome for a clash of 7-3 sides. Syracuse steps out of ACC competition following a 33-25 victory at California. UConn owns seven wins for the first time since 2010 after prevailing at UAB 31-23.

Purdue at Michigan State

The Spartans host the Boilermakers. Purdue has faced a top-five ranked opponent in three of its past four, and plays projected top-five surprise Indiana in its Nov. 30 finale. Purdue knocked off a top-five ranked Michigan State side in November 2021.

Pittsburgh at Louisville

Pittsburgh tries to pause its slide in this visit to Louisville. The Panthers have dropped three in a row to fall out of the College Football Playoff picture. Desmond Reid (PITT) ranked eighth in FBS with 1,419 all-purpose yards entering Week 13.

Indiana at Ohio State

A consequential Big Ten matchup pits the No. 2 Buckeyes (9-1, 6-1) against the No. 5 Hoosiers (10-0, 7-0). The winner will be in the driver's seat for a likely championship-game date with Oregon. Indiana's last victory over Ohio State came in 1988.
