College football is a sport that has been played for over 150 years. It is one of the most popular and beloved sports in the United States, with hundreds of millions of fans cheering on their favourite college football teams every fall. College football is a game in which teams of student-athletes from universities and colleges compete against each other in an exciting and thrilling battle of offensive and defensive football. The sport consists of 11-on-11 matches, usually played on Saturdays during the fall months in stadiums across America. \n\nCollege football's regular season usually begins in late August or early September and ends in early December. The teams are decided by each school's football conference - e.g. the SEC, the ACC, the Big 12, the Big Ten and more. After the regular season, some teams will be chosen to compete in the post-season playoffs that will decide the national champion. \n\nThe most popular college football teams in the country are Alabama Crimson Tide, Clemson Tigers, Ohio State Buckeyes, Georgia Bulldogs, Oregon Ducks, Florida Gators, Oklahoma Sooners, and LSU Tigers. Some of the most popular current college football players are Justin Fields, Trevor Lawrence, Ian Book, Tua Tagovailoa, Jalen Hurts, and Jonathan Taylor. \n\nThe history of College football is filled with legendary teams and players, such as the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, the Michigan Wolverines, Charles Woodson, and Marcus Mariota. Some of the most memorable games in College Football history include the 1969 ‘Game of the Century’ between the Texas Longhorns and Arkansas Razorbacks, the 2006 Rose Bowl between USC and Texas, and the 2012 BCS National Championship Game between Alabama and Notre Dame.\n\nIn the end, college football is a game of heart, hard work, and passion. It is an exciting sport that has produced some of the greatest memories and moments in sports history. NCAAFThe No. 1 Crimson Tide (12-0) seek their sixth national championship in 12 years when they battle the No. 3 Buckeyes (7-0) in the CFP final. Ohio State stunned No. 2 Clemson 49-28 in the semifinals. The Buckeyes last won a national title in 2015.
Ohio vs Jacksonville State
NCAAFThe Bobcats bring a six-game win streak into the Cure Bowl against the Gamecocks. Ohio beat Miami (Ohio) 38-3 in the MAC title game Dec. 7. Jacksonville State has won nine of 10 after blasting Western Kentucky 52-12 for the Conference USA crown.

NCAAFThe No. 4 Coyotes (11-2) draw the No. 1 Bobcats (14-0) in an FCS semifinal. Montana State leads FCS offenses with 42.1 points per game. South Dakota has won five in a row for the second time this year, and seeks its first trip to the national final.
