NCAAFCollege football is a sport that has been played for over 150 years. It is one of the most popular and beloved sports in the United States, with hundreds of millions of fans cheering on their favourite college football teams every fall. College football is a game in which teams of student-athletes from universities and colleges compete against each other in an exciting and thrilling battle of offensive and defensive football. The sport consists of 11-on-11 matches, usually played on Saturdays during the fall months in stadiums across America. College football's regular season usually begins in late August or early September and ends in early December. The teams are decided by each school's football conference - e.g. the SEC, the ACC, the Big 12, the Big Ten and more. After the regular season, some teams will be chosen to compete in the post-season playoffs that will decide the national champion. Some of the most memorable games in College Football history include the 1969 ‘Game of the Century’ between the Texas Longhorns and Arkansas Razorbacks, the 2006 Rose Bowl between USC and Texas, and the 2012 BCS National Championship Game between Alabama and Notre Dame. North Carolina at Georgia TechNCAAFThe No. 17 Tar Heels (6-1, 3-1 ACC) try to bounce back from a stunning upset as they host the Yellow Jackets (3-4, 2-2). North Carolina was a four-touchdown favorite when it lost at home to Virginia 31-27. Georgia Tech has won two straight meetings.
Georgia Tech vs UCFNCAAFThe Knights bid for a third Gasparilla Bowl victory in five years as they face the Yellow Jackets in Tampa, Fla. Both teams are 6-6. UCF beat Georgia Tech 27-10 in 2022 behind quarterback John Rhys Plumlee's 100 rushing yards and a touchdown.
Georgia Tech at MiamiNCAAFThe No. 17 Hurricanes open up their ACC schedule by hosting the Yellow Jackets. Miami beat Georgia Tech in each of the past two seasons, and has scored 43.8 points per game in 2023 in getting out to its first 4-0 start since the 2017 campaign.
