NCAAM
College Basketball, also known as NCAA Basketball, is the highest level of basketball competition in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the United States. College Basketball teams are made up of student-athletes attending institutions of higher education in the United States. It is one of the most popular sports in the country, with some of the most renowned NCAA Basketball teams including Duke, UNC, Kansas, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Arizona, Syracuse, and Louisville. College Basketball is noted for its competitive intensity and passion that the student-athletes exhibit. Each NCAA Basketball season consists of a regular season with each team playing approximately 3-4 conferences games and 20-25 games outside of the conference. The season is then capped off with the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament, commonly referred to as the “Big Dance” or the “March Madness”, where 68 teams compete in single-elimination bracket to determine the Division I National Champion. This tournament remains one of the most popular sporting events in the United States and is often the most “bet on” event of the year in the US. NCAA Basketball has a long and rich history dating back to its first recorded game in 1892 and only getting more popular as the years went on. Some of the big names that have graced the NCAA Basketball courts over the years include: Lew Alcindor (renamed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar once converted to Islam), Bill Walton, Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Tim Duncan, Magic Johnson, and LeBron James; to name a few. Overall, college basketball continues to remain one of the most popular sports in the US, with intense rivalries and passion for the sport fueling the culture of the competition. NCAA Basketball season excites fans and players alike every year, as they hope for a sweet victory in the tournament and the chance to take home a National Championship.

NCAAMStoried programs in the No. 14 Hoosiers (4-0) and Cardinals (3-1) meet in a Battle 4 Atlantis opener. Indiana boasts five national titles, Louisville two. The Hoosiers lead the series 12-9 after defeating the Cardinals 74-66 in New York last season.
West Virginia vs Gonzaga
NCAAMThe Mountaineers draw the No. 3 Bulldogs in the Battle 4 Atlantis. Gonzaga is 4-2 all-time in the tournament, finishing runner-up in 2019. West Virginia makes its first appearance. The Zags are off to their fifth 5-0 start in seven years.
Colorado vs Iowa State
NCAAMThe No. 5 Cyclones (4-1) and Buffaloes (5-1) compete in the fifth-place game at the Maui Invitational. Iowa State rebounded from a close loss in the quarterfinals to get past Dayton 89-84. Colorado handed No. 2 UConn another tough defeat, 73-72.
Wagner at Georgetown
NCAAMThe Seahawks swing down the Eastern Seaboard to play the Hoyas of the Big East. Georgetown comes off an 82-65 victory over St. Francis (Pa.) 82-65 on Nov. 23. Hoyas 6-foot-10 freshman Thomas Sorber averages 17.8 points and 9.5 rebounds per game.
Bucknell at Maryland
NCAAMThe Bison bump into the Terrapins at the Xfinity Center. Derik Queen had 22 points and 11 rebounds to help Maryland defeat Villanova 76-75 in the Empire Classic on Nov. 24. Bucknell is 2-1 on the road, with its loss coming to a ranked Kentucky squad.

St. John's vs Georgia
NCAAMThe No. 22 Red Storm complete a three-game swing through the Bahamas by battling the Bulldogs. St. John's Kadary Williams was a Big East preseason first-team pick. Backcourt mate and fellow graduate student Deivon Smith earned second-team honors.
Rutgers at Kennesaw State
NCAAMThe No. 24 Scarlet Knights (4-0) host the Owls (4-1). Rutgers freshman Ace Bailey collected 23 points and 10 rebounds in his second game, a 74-63 decision over Merrimack on Nov. 20. Simeon Cottle paces Kennesaw State with 18.8 points per contest.
UCF vs LSU
NCAAMThe Tigers and Knights compete in the Greenbrier Tip-Off tournament consolation game. Both teams were 4-0 before losing in the semifinals. LSU couldn't handle Pittsburgh 74-63. UCF trailed by as many as 22 in a 76-60 setback against No. 19 Wisconsin.
Wisconsin vs Pittsburgh
NCAAMThe No. 19 Badgers (6-0) meet the Panthers (6-0) in the Greenbrier Tip-Off tournament title game. Wisconsin cruised past UCF 86-70 in the semifinals. Sophomore guard Jaland Lowe scored a career-high 22 points in Pittsburgh's 74-63 win over LSU.
Northern Illinois at DePaul
NCAAMThe Huskies (2-3) head into Chicago to play the Blue Demons (5-0), an in-state rival. DePaul sits at 5-0 for the third time in the last six seasons, and still hasn't lost since former Ohio State coach Chris Holtmann took over as bench boss.
