\n\nCollege Basketball, also known as NCAA Basketball, is the highest level of basketball competition in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the United States. College Basketball teams are made up of student-athletes attending institutions of higher education in the United States. It is one of the most popular sports in the country, with some of the most renowned NCAA Basketball teams including Duke, UNC, Kansas, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Arizona, Syracuse, and Louisville. College Basketball is noted for its competitive intensity and passion that the student-athletes exhibit. \n\nEach NCAA Basketball season consists of a regular season with each team playing approximately 3-4 conferences games and 20-25 games outside of the conference. The season is then capped off with the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament, commonly referred to as the “Big Dance” or the “March Madness”, where 68 teams compete in single-elimination bracket to determine the Division I National Champion. This tournament remains one of the most popular sporting events in the United States and is often the most “bet on” event of the year in the US. \n\nNCAA Basketball has a long and rich history dating back to its first recorded game in 1892 and only getting more popular as the years went on. Some of the big names that have graced the NCAA Basketball courts over the years include: Lew Alcindor (renamed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar once converted to Islam), Bill Walton, Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Tim Duncan, Magic Johnson, and LeBron James; to name a few. \n\nOverall, college basketball continues to remain one of the most popular sports in the US, with intense rivalries and passion for the sport fueling the culture of the competition. NCAA Basketball season excites fans and players alike every year, as they hope for a sweet victory in the tournament and the chance to take home a National Championship.

Tennessee at Vanderbilt
NCAAMNo. 6 Tennessee visits Vanderbilt for a Volunteer State showdown among SEC sides. Tennessee is 3-1 in true road games. The Volunteers have won 13 of the last 14 meetings, dating to 2017-18, after sweeping a pair by a combined 48 points last season.
Arkansas at Missouri
NCAAMThe Tigers (14-3, 3-1 SEC) look to heap more misery on the rival Razorbacks (11-6, 0-4). John Calipari's Arkansas side has lost four in a row. Missouri has won three straight after upsetting No. 5 Florida 83-82 in the Sunshine State on Jan. 14.
LSU at Texas A&M
NCAAMThe Aggies (13-4, 2-2 SEC) host the Tigers (12-5, 1-3). Texas A&M has dropped consecutive games to then-No. 5 Alabama and at No. 8 Kentucky. Cam Carter (LSU) averages 17.7 points per outing after scoring a season-high 27 in a 78-74 win over Arkansas.
Wake Forest at Virginia Tech
NCAAMACC rivals in the Demon Deacons and Hokies continue a series that began in 1912. Wake Forest has won two straight on the road. The schools split a pair last season. Deacons guard Hunter Sallis totaled 31 points and 14 rebounds in those meetings.
TCU at Baylor
NCAAMThe No. 25 Bears (11-5, 3-2 Big 12) welcome the Horned Frogs (9-7, 2-3) to Foster Pavilion. Baylor has won six of its last eight games following an 81-70 loss at Arizona. TCU senior guard Noah Reynolds is averaging 18 points in his last six outings.
Nebraska at Maryland
NCAAMThe Terrapins try to continue their success against the Cornhuskers in a Big Ten game. Maryland leads the series 12-4 after winning six of the last seven engagements. The Terrapins are 11-1 at the Xfinity Center. Nebraska is 4-4 away from home.
Notre Dame at Syracuse
NCAAMThe Orange (8-9, 2-4 ACC) try to exact revenge on the Fighting Irish (8-9, 2-4). Notre Dame won 69-64 on Dec. 7, 2024, to snap a three-game slide against Syracuse. Sophomore Braeden Shrewsberry matched his career high with 25 points for the Irish.

NCAAMNick Martinelli and the Wildcats try to stop a three-game slide as they host the Terrapins for a Big Ten contest. Martinelli, a junior forward, averages 19.9 points per outing after scoring 27 in a 78-68 setback against then-No. 16 Michigan State.
Texas-El Paso at Liberty
NCAAMThe Miners hit the road to play the Flames following a seven-game homestand. UTEP went 6-1 during that stretch, losing only at the end to New Mexico State on Jan. 11. Liberty went 1-2 versus UTEP during its first season in Conference USA in 2023-24.
Rutgers at Nebraska
NCAAMThe Cornhuskers host the Scarlet Knights. Ace Bailey had 20 points and 10 rebounds in a 75-68 win over UCLA on Jan. 13, helping Rutgers snap a three-game skid. Bailey exploded for 39 points in his last road outing, an 84-74 loss to Indiana on Jan. 2.
Gonzaga at Oregon State
NCAAMThe No. 16 Bulldogs (14-4, 5-0) visit the Beavers (13-5, 3-2) for a West Coast Conference game. The programs haven't met since 1991. Gonzaga has won five in a row after knocking off Washington State 88-75 behind leading scorer Graham Ike's 21 points.
