Seven Alone
In the 1840s, the Sager family decides to brave the journey to Oregon in hopes of a better life. While traveling along the trail, their wagon train is attacked by natives, which results in the father's death. Shortly after, the family experiences another tragedy when the mother dies of pneumonia. When the wagon train leaders dismiss the seven orphans from the group, the oldest child, John (Stewart Petersen), decides to lead his brothers and sisters to the new life his parents wanted.

Aging rancher George Washington McLintock (John Wayne), a wealthy self-made man, is forced to deal with numerous personal and professional problems. Devereaux's friend and second in command, Capt. Del Stewart (William Holden), is the only one aware of the surrender attempt. Devereaux returns home to a hero's welcome and is appointed a judge, yet his irrational and angry behavior continues, affecting his fianceé, Caroline (Ellen Drew), as well as Del.

Dead Birds

Undersea adventure about a couple who become involved in a dangerous conflict with treasure hunters when they discover a deadly shipwreck in Bermudan waters. When they realize that the cache includes morphine, the pair enlist the help of an old treasure hunter to escape the drug dealers who hid their product amidst the sunken wreck.

After being bitten by a wolf in rural Vermont, aging book editor Will Randall (Jack Nicholson) finds himself full of youthful vigor. Randall then discovers that he's been fired and replaced by Stewart Swinton (James Spader), a vicious young executive. As Randall struggles to regain his position, he becomes enthralled with Laura Alden (Michelle Pfeiffer), his former boss's daughter. And, as increasingly animal-like urges begin to overwhelm him, Randall worries that he may be a werewolf.
