Legendary gunslinger "Wild Bill" Hickok looks to leave the past behind him by settling in the small town of Abilene, Kan., and becoming the marshal. Greaser's Palace

Cult writer-director Robert Downey's surreal, scatological parable of the life of Christ takes place in a rundown Wild West town run by the perpetually angry and severely constipated Seaweedhead Greaser (Albert Henderson). Meanwhile, an unnamed woman (Elsie Downey) struggles to reach the town after her husband and son are murdered.

Stagecoach

John Ford's landmark Western revolves around an assorted group of colorful passengers aboard the Overland stagecoach bound for Lordsburg, New Mexico, in the 1880s. An alcoholic philosophizer (Thomas Mitchell), a lady of ill repute (Claire Trevor) and a timid liquor salesman (Donald Meek) are among the motley crew of travelers who must contend with an escaped outlaw, the Ringo Kid (John Wayne), and the ever-present threat of an Apache attack as they make their way across the Wild West.
