The Big Short
In 2008, Wall Street guru Michael Burry realizes that a number of subprime home loans are in danger of defaulting. Burry bets against the housing market by throwing more than $1 billion of his investors' money into credit default swaps. His actions attract the attention of banker Jared Vennett (Ryan Gosling), hedge-fund specialist Mark Baum (Steve Carell) and other greedy opportunists. Together, these men make a fortune by taking full advantage of the impending economic collapse in America.

Shifty White House chief of staff Bob Alexander (Frank Langella) hatches a scheme to use a double for the president (Kevin Kline) at a public photo opportunity. Small business owner Dave Kovic (Kline) fits the bill, but after the president suffers a debilitating stroke, opportunist Alexander arranges for Dave to step in full time without even informing the First Lady (Sigourney Weaver). The Care Bears Movie
This animated movie, featuring the popular children's characters, begins with orphanage manager Mr. Cherrywood (Mickey Rooney) telling a story about the Care Bears. In it, a young magician's assistant falls prey to an evil spirit (Jackie Burroughs) intent on destroying all happiness in the world. It is then up to a group of Care Bears, including Friend Bear and Love-a-Lot Bear, with help from a couple of orphans, to stop the spirit using their caring powers.

High school student Cody Banks wants nothing more than what every other teen wants: to survive the banality of adolescence and become an adult. However, Banks is no ordinary teen; he's a CIA agent. When he's not doing his homework, Banks is on the case, spying on fellow student Natalie Connors to get close to her father, a scientist who has invented killer nanobots designed to bring down the country.

Teenage spy Cody Banks (Frankie Muniz) returns for another mission, and this time around he has a new partner, the humorous and amiable Derek Bowman (Anthony Anderson). Cody and Derek must travel to England to foil the plot of Victor Diaz (Keith Allen), a villainous operative who aims to wreak havoc with experimental mind-control technology. Joining Cody and Derek is pretty British schoolgirl Emily Sommers (Hannah Spearritt), who turns out to be a fellow undercover spy.
American Fiction
Monk is a frustrated novelist who's fed up with the establishment that profits from Black entertainment that relies on tired and offensive tropes. To prove his point, he uses a pen name to write an outlandish Black book of his own, a book that propels him to the heart of hypocrisy and the madness he claims to disdain.
No Way Out
Navy Lt. Tom Farrell (Kevin Costner) meets a young woman, Susan Atwell (Sean Young), and they share a passionate fling. Farrell then finds out that his superior, Defense Secretary David Brice (Gene Hackman), is also romantically involved with Atwell. When the young woman turns up dead, Farrell is put in charge of the murder investigation. He begins to uncover shocking clues about the case, but when details of his encounter with Susan surface, he becomes a suspect as well.

The Russia House
