The Model and the Marriage Broker
In New York, Mae Swasey (Thelma Ritter) practices the delicate art of matchmaking. When a handsome optician, Matt Hornbeck (Scott Brady), stands up his original match at the altar, Mae quickly sees an opportunity to put him with the more suitable Kitty Bennett (Jeanne Crain), a model and shop owner. Although Matt is reluctant to be tied down, he falls in love with Kitty and all goes well -- until the couple, neither of whom have known what Mae does, suddenly finds out about her profession.
We're Not Married
Five married couples discover, to their shock, that they're not really married! The justice of the peace who presided over their nuptials didn't have a valid license. When they learn the news five years later, each couple must decide if they will remarry. Radio hosts Steve (Fred Allen) and Ramona (Ginger Rogers) couldn't harbor more animosity toward each other; but does that mean they should go their separate ways? Annabel, recently crowned Mrs. Mississippi, has more of a semantic problem.

A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood
Lloyd Vogel is an investigative journalist who receives an assignment to profile Fred Rogers, aka Mr. Rogers. But Roger's empathy, kindness and decency soon chips away at Vogel's jaded outlook on life, forcing the reporter to reconcile with his own painful past.
Breakthrough
Tragedy strikes when Joyce Smith's adopted son, John, falls through the ice on a frozen lake in Missouri. Trapped underwater for more than 15 minutes, rescuers bring John back to the surface and rush him to the nearest hospital. While doctors fear the worst, the 14-year-old boy continues to fight for his life as Joyce, her husband and their pastor stay by his bedside and pray for a miracle.

Though closed for years, Rosemoor is still home to many animals, cared for by Kelly Foster (Scarlett Johansson) and her small staff. Mee opens his heart and his checkbook as he, Kelly and the others work to renovate and reopen the zoo.
