Alvarez Kelly

Alvarez Kelly (William Holden) is a Mexican cattle rancher who is doing his best to stay out of the Civil War. He has no interest in which side may win or lose -- Kelly is far more concerned about his own survival, and about making money. He soon finds himself in the middle of the conflict, however, when a confederate colonel (Richard Widmark) captures the rancher and forces Kelly to help his soldiers steal a nearby herd of cattle, which they desperately need for food.

Saddle the Wind

Steve Sinclair (Robert Taylor) is a former gunfighter and soldier who left his violent ways behind him after the Civil War. Since then, he has settled down as a rancher in a small Western town. But his easygoing life is turned upside down when his unstable little brother, Tony (John Cassavetes), shows up with his bride-to-be, Joan (Julie London). While Steve has given up his gun-toting ways, Tony has not, and his violent tendencies lead to trouble for the entire town.

The Guns of Fort Petticoat

Texan and U.S. Cavalryman Lt. Frank Hewitt (Audie Murphy) deserts the army after Colorado Union soldiers carry out the deadly Sand Creek reservation massacre, fearing reprisal from the Cheyenne. Crossing into Texas, Franks finds himself labeled a traitor for fighting with the Yankees, and his warnings about possible Indian revenge go unheeded. When a town near a mission, populated mostly by women, is attacked, Frank is appointed their protector and must build an army comprised of townswomen.

The Mob

After witnessing what appears to be a police officer shooting a man in cold blood, detective Johnny Damico (Broderick Crawford) decides to go undercover. Tracing the murder victim to a waterfront crime ring, Damico poses as longshoreman Tim Flynn, and infiltrates the corrupt New York dockworkers union. There he meets union toughs Joe Castro (Ernest Borgnine) and Gunner (Neville Brand), who eventually lead him to crime kingpin Blackie Clegg (Matt Crowley).

Scandal Sheet

Editor Mark Chapman (Broderick Crawford) presides over a trashy but financially successful tabloid newspaper in New York City. With his hotshot crime reporter, Steve McCleary (John Derek), and feature writer, Julie Allison (Donna Reed), Chapman attends a Lonely Hearts Club publicity stunt sponsored by the paper, where he's shocked to run into Charlotte (Rosemary DeCamp), the wife he abandoned two decades before. Their argument takes a violent turn that might ruin everything Chapman has.

711 Ocean Drive

Mal Granger (Edmond O'Brien) is a telephone repairman with a passion for horse betting. He puts his electronics expertise to work assisting gangster Vince Walters (Barry Kelly) in expanding his illegal racing wire, and, when Walters is murdered, Granger takes over the operation. However, Granger's growing success is soon threatened by both Larry Mason (Donald Porter), an East Coast mobster who wants in on the action, and Lieutenant Pete Wright (Howard St. John), who's after Granger for murder.

Port of New York

Customs agents (Scott Brady, Richard Rober) pound the pavement for clues to nab the head (Yul Brynner) of a yacht-club narcotics ring.
