Bukhenik confirmed that he was with Trooper Michael Proctor, lead investigator on the case, when police impounded the defendant's car for more testing.

Dr. Amanda Gugliano was the director of forensic evaluation services at the Mississippi State Hospital. She spent several hours evaluating the defendant after she was arrested.
