The registered nurse assigned to him recalls taking him in when he was feeling nauseated and too weak to move. Lindsay Carnevale remembered that the defendant abandoned his own son in the hospital after he died. Apparently, once six-year-old Corey was pronounced deceased in the ER Christopher Gregor immediately left the hospital and fled out of town.

After Corey Micciolo lost his life in the hospital, Christopher Gregor skipped town. The officer who arrested him in Tennessee described the time they got him. After Corey's death, police needed to track down Gregor for questions as to what had happened. They utilized software for cell phone extraction to track him down across state lines.

Investigators looking into the death of six-year-old Corey Micciolo used Cellebrite software to track the movements and communication of his father, Christopher Gregor. Surveillance footage was identified for the jury. One of the video clips was the incident where the defendant was seen forcing his son to run at high speeds on a treadmill. The reason - his six-year-old was getting too fat.

It was all recorded and played back for all to hear in the courtroom. The second Interview police conducted of the defendant came the very next day after the first interview. The detective questioning her pushed back on her for inconsistent and erroneous claims she was making. Lead Detective Daniel Hayes was heard saying: Our assumptions are based on evidence.

These doubts were heard on audio recording of her second extended police interview. Investigators were not letting her off the hook. They were catching her on lies, denials and even distortions about her alleged role in Gary's murder and why his corpse was found burning up in a pile of debris on the family farm. Toward the end of this interview, the defendant sounded frustrated at the two detectives questioning her.
