His conclusion was that she was not insane when she killed her mom and that she knew exactly what she was doing.

Dr. Andrew Clark, a child and adolescent psychiatrist, did a full evaluation of Carly Gregg, who was just 14 when police say she killed her mother, Ashley Smylie, and tried to kill her stepdad. Clark told jurors he evaluated the defendant for four hours. His conclusion was that Gregg suffered from bipolar 2 disorder and was taking medication.
