Vito (Dustin Hoffman) is the son of Jessie (Sean Connery), a professional criminal who has trained his son in the craft. With the birth of his own son, Adam (Matthew Broderick), Vito decides to reform his life. When he's in college, Adam's family's shady lifestyle seduces him, and with the help of his grandfather, he plans an elaborate burglary for the family to pull off together. When Adam is arrested during the heist, Jessie and Vito must make sacrifices in order to ensure the boy's future.

The Karate Kid
Daniel (Ralph Macchio) moves to Southern California with his mother, Lucille (Randee Heller), but quickly finds himself the target of a group of bullies who study karate at the Cobra Kai dojo. Fortunately, Daniel befriends Mr. Miyagi (Noriyuki "Pat" Morita), an unassuming repairman who just happens to be a martial arts master himself. Miyagi takes Daniel under his wing, training him in a more compassionate form of karate and preparing him to compete against the brutal Cobra Kai.
The Karate Kid Part II
After learning that his father is dying, karate master Mr. Miyagi (Noriyuki "Pat" Morita) returns home to Okinawa, bringing his protege, Daniel (Ralph Macchio), with him. In Japan, Miyagi is surprised to discover that his old sweetheart, Yukie (Nobu McCarthy), has remained single. Meanwhile, Daniel is attracted to Yukie's niece, Kumiko (Tamlyn Tomita). But romance must be put on hold while Daniel and Miyagi deal with local bullies and long-harbored grudges.
Not Easily Broken
Dave Johnson (Morris Chestnut) and his wife, Clarice (Taraji P. Henson), appear to have it all, but she has ignored his needs while she pursues a real-estate career. The couple's already weakened marriage faces the ultimate test after Clarice is involved in a car accident, leaving her with a terrible leg injury. Dave finds a sympathetic ear -- and possibly more -- with the physical therapist (Maeve Quinlan) who comes to treat her.
Guarding Tess
Doug Chesnic (Nicolas Cage), an agent with the Secret Service Uniformed Division, is assigned to protect former first lady Tess Carlisle (Shirley MacLaine). Chesnic finds the job demeaning and a challenge because of Tess' high-maintenance personality and petty demands. He's desperate to get another assignment, but she insists that he remain head of her security detail, using her influence with the current president to get her way. When she's kidnapped, however, Chesnic's feelings change.
Loser
Paul Tannek (Jason Biggs) is a small town scholarship student in the big city having trouble fitting in at his college. With his hunter's cap and kind personality, Paul is an outsider among the self-anointed, sophisticated hipster crowd. As for his pot-smoking, girl chasing roommates, Paul's need to study takes a back seat to their overwhelming desire to party. Roommate Chris can only offer a floundering Paul this piece of advice: "For your own good, just try to be not so much... like you."
Saving Silverman
The film traces the misadventures of buddies J.D. (Jack Black) and Wayne (Steve Zahn), who begin to suspect that their best friend, Darren Silverman (Jason Biggs), is going to allow himself to be badgered into marrying Judith (Amanda Peet), a woman he doesn't love. They decide to reunite him with his long lost love from their school days (Amanda Detmer) -- even if they have to kidnap Judith to do it.
