The Law vs. Billy the Kid
After riding into New Mexico, William Bonney (Scott Brady) and Pat Garrett (James Griffith) are hired by rancher John Tunstall (Paul Cavanagh). Bonney's hard work wins Tunstall over, but his romance with the old man's niece makes foreman Bob Ollinger (Alan Hale Jr.) jealous. Learning of Bonney's criminal past, Ollinger leads a posse against him that kills Tunstall instead. Bonney vows to avenge his boss' death, and his ensuing killing spree earns him the nickname "Billy the Kid."
Gunman's Walk
Rancher Lee Hackett (Van Heflin) spends so much time trying to keep the violent streak of his son Ed (Tab Hunter) in check, he neglects the needs of his other son Davy (James Darren). When Ed's temper results in the death of an innocent Native American, Lee tries his best to cover his son's tracks by making a deal with unscrupulous horse trader Jensen (Ray Teal), who falsely testifies on Ed's behalf. But it becomes clear that Ed can't change, and a shootout between father and son ensues.
Buck and the Preacher
Following the end of the Civil War, soldier-turned-trail-guide Buck (Sidney Poitier) makes a living by helping former slaves find settlements in the West. Along the way, a con artist, the Preacher (Harry Belafonte), joins the group, and constantly clashes with Buck. But when a gang of bounty hunters, led by the fiendish Deshay (Cameron Mitchell), attempts to round up the freed slaves to bring them back to Louisiana, the two put aside their differences to fight a common enemy.
Two Rode Together
For a fee, hard-drinking Texas marshal Guthrie McCabe (James Stewart) agrees to help Army officer Jim Gary (Richard Widmark) search for a group of whites who were abducted years earlier by Comanche warriors. After rescuing two of the abductees, McCabe and Gary find that the former captives have fully adopted the culture of their American Indian captors and are barely recognizable. Cultures collide as they attempt to return the settlers to their original -- and now long-forgotten -- lives.
Legend of the Golden Gun
An Old West gunfighter (Hal Holbrook) turns a young farmer (Jeff Osterhage) into a justice fighter with a special gun.
Ride Beyond Vengeance
Following an 11-year stay as a buffalo hunter in Kansas, Jonas Trapp (Chuck Connors) is finally on the way home to his wife, Jessie (Kathryn Hays), with the $17,000 he has saved up. Unfortunately, he happens to run into a group of bandits led by Brooks Durham (Michael Rennie) ; they beat him, brand him and steal all of his money. Now, returning home without a dollar to his name, Jonas finds Jessie has moved on to another man -- namely, Brooks Durham.
The Hellions
A small-town policeman (Richard Todd) stands alone against a family of outlaws in 19th-century South Africa.
The Man From Colorado
In Colorado at the end of the Civil War, Col. Owen Devereaux (Glenn Ford), affected by four years of brutal bloodshed, orders the massacre of a Confederate unit, even as they try to surrender. Devereaux's friend and second in command, Capt. Del Stewart (William Holden), is the only one aware of the surrender attempt. Devereaux returns home to a hero's welcome and is appointed a judge, yet his irrational and angry behavior continues, affecting his fianceé, Caroline (Ellen Drew), as well as Del.
