Our Man in Havana
British expatriate Jim Wormold (Alec Guinness) runs a vacuum cleaner store in Havana, Cuba. He has promised his vain daughter, Milly (Jo Morrow), a horse and a country club membership, which leaves him desperate for money. When Hawthorne (Noel Coward) proposes he become a paid British agent and recruit other spies, he accepts, and haplessly embarks on a new career. Though he's delighted when he meets gorgeous fellow spy Beatrice Severn (Maureen O'Hara), Wormold finds he's now a target.
Hamlet
The life of Prince Hamlet of Denmark (Nicol Williamson) is thrown into disarray when he learns that his father was murdered by his uncle Claudius (Anthony Hopkins), the current king, who is now married to Hamlet's mother, Gertrude (Judy Parfitt). Hamlet's unstable behavior troubles his love, Ophelia (Marianne Faithfull), who is further shaken by the death of her father, Polonius (Mark Dignam). Hamlet methodically plots vengeance while other forces conspire to attack him.
The Fuller Brush Man
Clumsy sanitation worker Red Jones (Red Skelton) is fired from his street-cleaning job shortly after his girlfriend, Ann Elliot (Janet Blair), refuses his marriage proposal until he betters himself. While training to become a door-to-door salesman, he accidentally stumbles into a murder investigation when the corrupt sanitation commissioner (Nicholas Joy) who had fired him is killed. When the murder weapon is found to be one of the brushes Red sells, he must fight to prove his innocence.

In West Berlin at the height of the Cold War, British spy Eberlin (Laurence Harvey) is tasked with the dangerous assignment of finding and assassinating the treacherous KGB agent Krasnevin, who has killed many undercover British agents. He's given a new partner, Gatiss (Tom Courtenay), to help eliminate the deadly Russian. What neither his bosses nor his partner know, however, is that Eberlin himself is Krasnevin, a double agent whose secret identity his Moscow bosses don't want compromised.

When he is offered a promotion that will require traveling, Harriet tells his boss that Walter has a gambling problem. She also sabotages a budding relationship between her cousin Clare and Wes Miller, Walter's assistant. However, Walter discovers Harriet's interference, which leads to a confrontation.
