Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever look to clinch the sixth seed in the WNBA Playoffs against Arike Ogunbowale and the Dallas Wings on Sunday.

There are just two regular season games remaining in the historic season of Caitlin Clark. That season will continue into the playoffs, with the Indiana Fever (19-19) poised to finish as the sixth seed despite being four games under .500 heading into the Olympic Break. Since then Indiana has gone 8-4, fueled by the dynamic play of Clark and second-year forward Aliyah Boston. With a win on Sunday Indiana can secure the sixth seed in the playoffs and a .500 or better record for the first time since the 2016 season. That starts with the Dallas Wings (9-29), who have lost seven straight games and are one of two teams eliminated from the playoffs this season.

Dallas has the opportunity to play spoiler in its final two games of the season starting today against Indiana, led by the dynamic duo of Arike Ogunbowale and Satou Sabally. This season Ogunbowale is averaging 22.1 points per game, second in the WNBA, and right on the cusp of one of the five best scoring seasons in league history.

On the other side for Indiana, it will look to get back on track and build momentum again after losing three of the last four games. Despite the slump, Indiana is in position to finish as the sixth seed in the playoffs and play spoiler for a contender ahead of them in the standings.

That is in large part due to Clark, who is averaging 19.1 points, 8.4 assists, 5.8 rebounds and 3.0 three-pointers per game. She has already broken the record for rookie triple-doubles (two), assists, three-pointers and is just 19 points away from the points record. She also leads the league in assists and made three-pointers heading into the final games of the regular season.
