Team International bounces back as the Presidents Cup heads into day three tied a five a piece.
The Presidents Cup, a golf tournament of featured events between Team USA and Team International, will continue into the third day this morning. The United States dominated the first day with a clean 5-0 sweep of all of the fourball events. Tony Finau and Xander Schauffele won one up followed by Collin Morikawa and Shaith Theegala also winning one up. Match three featured R Henley and Scottie Scheffler winning 3&2 followed by Keegan Bradley and Wyndham Clark winning one up. The last match of Thursday saw Sam Burns and Patrick Cantlay win 2&1. Yesterday, Team International did the improbable and came back sweeping Team USA in another 5-0 day, just this time for the opposite side. Hideki Matsuyama and Sunjae Im won 7&6 in the first match followed by Adam Scott and Taylor Pendrith in the second. Match eight of the tournament ended with Christian Bezuidenhout and Jason Day winning one up followed by Corey Conners and Mackenzie Hughes winning 6&5. The last match ended with S.W. Kim and Bunjae An winning one up.

Today, we will go back to four-ball with Scheffler and Morikawa taking on Scott and Pendrith followed by Finau and Schauffele taking on Conners and Hughes. The third match will be Bradley and Clark matching up against Kim and Tom Kim. Lastly on the day, Cantlay and Burns will take on Matsuyama and Im.
The first match will tee off at 7:02 a.m. ET and the last will tee off at 7:56 a.m. ET. To win the tournament, a team needs 15.5 points. Currently, everything is back squared at 5-5 after two days where each team swept the other. With just two days left, we are starting back at even.
