How to Watch Fresno State at Air Force: Live Stream, TV Channel

Fresno State will try and bounce back from last week’s loss with a trip to the Air Force Academy on Saturday.

Coming off of a tough loss last week, Fresno State (5-4, 3-2 Mountain West) will have a chance to bounce back with a conference game on the road at the Air Force Academy (1-7, 0-4 Mountain West). The Bulldogs were at home last week, and led 20-7 with 10 minutes to go before falling 21-20 to Hawaii. That loss put an end to a two game losing streak, and pushed back the Bulldogs’ opportunity to officially become Bowl eligible. They’ll have another chance to check that box this week, with three games to go in the season.

How to Watch Fresno State at Air Force Today:

Expect Fresno State to lean on its defense once again in this game. The Bulldogs come in to the week ranked third in the Mountain West allowing 24.1 points per game. Over the past three games the Bulldogs haven’t allowed more than 21 points in a game.

On the other side of this one is an Air Force team looking for its first conference win of the year. The Falcons took a break from conference play last week, when they visited Army in a rivalry matchup and fell 20-3.

Air Force has won three head-to-head matchups in a row against Fresno State, although this will be their first meeting since 2019. The Falcons lead the all-time series 7-3.

Kickoff for this one is set for 9:45 p.m. ET from Falcon Stadium. Chris Vosters and Charles Arbuckle will be on the call from Colorado Springs.

As UNLV tries to keep pace towards the top of the Mountain West standings, the Rebels have to visit a Hawaii team.

In Mountain West action on Saturday night, UNLV (6-2, 2-1 Mountain West) visits Hawaii (4-5, 2-2 Mountain West) at the Clarence T.C. Ching Complex. This is a big game for UNLV, which still has a chance to get into the Mountain West Championship Game but would need a win and some help. After falling 29-24 to Boise State two weeks ago (the Rebels had a bye last week) UNLV dropped out of the ranks of the unbeaten Mountain West teams, with Boise State and Colorado State remaining. Without a head-to-head matchup against Colorado State on the schedule this year, every game at this point is a must-win for the Rebels.

How to Watch UNLV at Hawaii Today:

Game Date: Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024

    Game Time: 9:00 p.m. ET

    TV Channel: CBSSN

Live Stream the UNLV at Hawaii game on Fubo: Start with your free trial!

Coming off the bye, the Rebels now have to travel all the way out to Honolulu to take on a Hawaii team that is playing its best football of the season. The Rainbow Warriors have won back-to-back games for the first time this season over the course of the last two weeks.

That started by beating Nevada 34-13 at home two weeks ago. Then last week they went on the road and narrowly escaped Fresno State with a 21-20 win thanks to two unanswered touchdowns in the fourth quarter – including one in the final minute – to erase a 20-7 deficit with 10 minutes to play.

This matchup pits the top two defenses in the Mountain West against each other. Hawaii leads the conference allowing just 22 points per game, with UNLV ranked second allowing 23.4 points per game.

Coverage of this game can be found on CBSSN starting with the 9:00 p.m. ET kickoff. Rich Waltz and Ross Tucker will be on the call.

The Atlanta Hawks play on back-to-back nights and are coming off a tough close loss when they host the Chicago Bulls on Saturday.

The Chicago Bulls try to avoid losing five games in a row when they travel to take on the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday. Chicago fell three games below .500 after losing big to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday. The final was 135-119 in the Timberwolves favor. Anthony Edwards was once again the star of the game with 33 points, eight rebounds and six assists. Reflexively, Nikola Vucevic was the leading scorer for the Bulls with 25 points. If you just looked at the final score you might have assumed that the Timberwolves completely dominated the game. But actually the Bulls led most of the way and led as late as seven minutes left in the fourth quarter. Minnesota rallied from a 13-point deficit with a 12-0 run in the fourth to change the trajectory of the game. Chicago was on fire from three in the first half going 10 for 17, but they slowed considerably in the second where they went just 5 for 19. If they can keep their first-half consistency, the Bulls should be able to end this losing streak.

Atlanta is the slight -2.5-point favorite at home tonight but the Hawks are coming off a tough one-point loss to the Detroit Pistons on Friday. Trae Young led the game scoring 35 points but it wasn’t enough to overcome the performance of Cade Cunningham. The Piston’s workhorse finished with his third consecutive triple-double leading Detroit with 22 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists. But the true dagger for the Hawks came with just 8.5 seconds left in the game when Cunningham hit the game-winner. Both teams will have chips on their shoulders tonight to get back in the win column.

The Fighting Irish suffered a shocking loss in their second game of the season, but have bounced back in a big way as they have won seven straight games and have put themselves right back in the playoff picture. The loss to Northern Illinois earlier seemed to doom the Fighting Irish, but they have righted the ship and are playing as well as anyone in the country right now. They don’t play in a conference, though, so they have to rely on getting a at-large bid to the playoff instead of a possible conference championship. In those four games they outscored the RedHawks 17-5 with only one game, the first of the regular season, decided by less than two goals. That is a positive sign for the RedHawks heading into back-to-back games against the Huskies.

This season the Huskies are off to an exciting start winning three straight games by just one goal and five of their six wins overall by just one goal. In their three losses this season the Huskies have been held to a combined three goals showing the need for their offense to get off to a strong start.

For the RedHawks this season they started with two ties followed by two wins. In those four games they combined for 14 total goals. Since then the offense has faded away scoring a total of just eight goals in the last six games. Both teams struggle to find the win column when the offense is not clicking or scoring multiple goals so far this season.

Both the Washington Capitals and St. Louis Blues hope to bounce back from 4-2 losses when they face off on Saturday.

The Washington Capitals won’t have much time to bounce back from a loss when they play on back-to-back nights. This time around they will travel to take on the St. Louis Blues on Saturday night. Washington outshot Pittsburgh in its 4-2 loss on Friday night but Joel Blomqvist got in the way stopping 32 shots. The Penguins scored the first two goals of the game but Rasmus Sandin got the Caps back in the game with Washington’s first goal of the game not even halfway through the first period. Andrew Mangiapane tied the game soon into the second period but it was all Pittsburgh in the third with Evgeni Malkin scoring effectively the game-winner for the Penguins. Fun fact this was the 95th game between legends Alexander Ovechkin and Sidney Crosby. There are three more games left in this series this season but hopefully, we won’t have to wait too long after that to see number 100.

The Blues only took 15 shots and they will have to significantly amp up their offense if their going to defend home ice tonight.

After a 27-point loss to Houston, San Antonio cruised to a victory of its own on Thursday beating the Portland Trail Blazers 118-105. The game was close at half with the Spurs only up a point but it was never really close the rest of the way. The Spurs will get good news for this game as their second-leading scorer, with 19.5 points last season, will make his season debut against Utah.
