Wood, a Premier League veteran having played on five teams in the top flight of English football, is in his third season with Forest off a 14-goal season, his most in the EPL since recording 14 goals with Burnley back in the 2019-20 campaign.
Leicester City forward Jamie Vardy is tied for the team lead with three goals this season, his 10th Premier League season with the Foxes. The 37-year-old forward has tallied 310 career goals as a professional and has twice helped Leicester get promoted from the Championship.
