Justin Thomas takes a 1-shot lead into Sunday’s final round in the Bahamas, where Tom Kim moved into contention with a 3rd-round 62.
Justin Thomas shot a third-round 66 at the Albany Golf Course in the Bahamas on Saturday to take a one-shot lead over Scottie Scheffler at the Tiger Woods-hosted Hero World Challenge, which concludes on Sunday. But it was Tom Kim who made the biggest move, firing a 10-under-par 62 on Saturday — despite a double-bogey on 17 — to move to within two shots of the lead. The small-field event features just 20 players in a no-cut format. While part of the PGA Tour schedule, the event does not offer FedEx Cup points or offical money.

Scheffler is the defending champion and took the $1 million top prize. Due to changes in the awarding of Official World Golf Ranking points, the bottom three finishers on Sunday will not receive any points from the tournament, which has been played at Albany since 2015.
Keegan Bradley is fourth, four shots behind Thomas, with Satith Theegala and Akshay Bhatia tied for fifth at 12-under-par, five shots back. No one else in the field is better than nine-under. Only six players broke 70 on Saturday. Besides Kim and Thomas, Theegala carded a 66, Bradley and Robert MacIntyre shot 68s and Scheffler signed off on a 69.
Woods is a five-time champion of the event but is not playing this year. Davis Love III and Graeme McDowell are two-time winners, while Viktor Hovland went back-to-back in 2021 and 2022. The 2025 season opens at The Sentry in Hawaii on Jan. 2-5.
