On a seven-game winning streak, the hottest team in the National Hockey League, the Carolina Hurricanes wrap up a four-game home stand on Thursday night as they face off against their Metropolitan Division rivals the Pittsburgh Penguins inside the Lenovo Center. The Penguins endured a six-game losing streak in late October that began with a 4-1 home loss to Carolina but have rebounded to win two of their last three games as they look to even the season series with the Hurricanes at a game apiece and snap a six-game losing streak in Raleigh dating back to 2018 with three of those losses coming in overtime.
