The Chicago Blackhawks continue their five-game road trip on Saturday afternoon when they take on the Los Angeles Kings. The Blackhawks have gone 1-2 on the trip and are coming off a bad 3-2 loss to the San Jose Sharks on Thursday. They had picked up a big 5-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Monday, but couldn’t get a win against the lowly Sharks. The Blackhawks now sit at 3-7-1 on the season and have lost five of their last six games. Connor Bedard continues to lead the team with nine points and Ryan Donato is the team’s top goal scorer with six goals. Teuvo Teravainen has also been good in his return to the Blackhawks as he has three goals and four assists.

The Kings come into Saturday fresh off a big 6-3 win over the division rival Vegas Golden Knights on Wednesday night.
The win came at home in jus their third game on their own ice. They are now 3-0 in Los Angeles, but just 3-5 on the road.
Saturday is the second of a quick two-game homestand before they hit the road for games against the Nashville Predators and Minnesota Wild.
Anze Kopitar is the team’s top point scorer with 12, while Alex Laferriere is leading the team with six goals on the season. Brandt Clarke has also been good and is leading the team with 10 assists.
